By this application, the undersigned declares his or her willingness to belong to this association. Likewise, he declares to have read and to be in agreement with the statutes and the norms of internal regime in force, as well as, not to have been diagnosed of some illness that disqualifies him for the practice of martial arts.

The applicant is informed that in order to enjoy all the advantages of the association, he or she must keep up to date with the payment of the fees, all the information relating to them is contained in the internal system that has been read previously.

For the practice of the martial art, the member must be federated in his corresponding federation, and to the current payment of the obligatory insurances. If this requirement is not met, the member will not be able to carry out the practices, activities, trainings and seminars that are carried out by the association. In case of non-compliance and that this was not notified to the association, is exempt from any liability to the entity, teachers, any collaborate and / or any other partner, of injuries or damages that may suffer the partner.

The applicant, declares to be greater than 18, contributing his DNI, NIE, Passport, or any other document that can be verified fehaciente his identity, in order and effects of which the entity verifies his age. If you are under 18 years of age, the consent of your parents, legal representatives or guardians will be required.

The applicant agrees with the above, and agree to transfer their personal data for registration with this association, committing the entity not to make commercial use of them, or transfer them to third parties.

REGIMEN INTERNO

ASOCIACIÓN CULTURAL DE NINJUTSU CATALUNYA BUJINKAN DOJO

CHAPTER I. OF THE GENERAL ASSOCIATION

Article 1.

The CULTURAL ASSOCIATION OF NINJUTSU CATALONIA BUJINKAN DOJO constituted under current legislation will be governed by the Statutes of the association approved with date
.
SEPTEMBER 4, 1992 by founding act of the same date, and registered IN the Register of Legal Entities of the Generalitat de Catalunya, with registration number 13986.

Article 2.

This Regulation develops the contents expressed in the Statutes of the association and in no case may go against the philosophy and articulate of the aforementioned Statutes.

Article 3.

The registered office is established according to the Statutes of the association. The Board of Directors, where appropriate, may adopt the changes it deems appropriate in the change of address of the association, giving the appropriate notification to the competent authorities and partners of the entity.

Article 4.

It is established as anagram of the association and as a logo of the same. The same "logo" existing, partners may use these distinctives in their clothing with the appropriate decorum.

CHAPTER II. OF THE INCOME OF MEMBERS.

Article 5.

The association is open to all persons over 18 years of age and under with the corresponding permission of their parents, representatives or legal guardians who expressly request it and according to what is stipulated in the statutes and these Regulations.

Article 6.

The application for membership must be discussed at a meeting of the Board of Directors which must verify the application necessarily giving a positive or negative report. In case of giving a negative report must specify the causes and give a period of ten days to the applicant to repair the causes of denial of entry.

Article 7.

Once the new member has been admitted, the Secretary will proceed to register him in the register of members of the association and provide the membership card to the member, where appropriate and after payment of the registration. In case of electronic application, through the web pages of the entity, the card will be issued once the member requests it to the Board of Directors.

Article 8.

The Board of Directors shall submit an annual report to the General Assembly on the registrations and removals of members during this period. Such extreme will not be necessary for members who register for a period of less than 1 month, or for a specific event. The amount of the fee for these cases corresponds exclusively to the cost of the event.

CHAPTER III. OF THE RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS.

Article 9.

The members will have the following rights in the association:

-Participate in the activities and social events of the association.

-To attend with voice and vote to the General Assemblies, being able to delegate its vote, according to the norms established to the effect by the Board of Directors.

-To choose and to be chosen.

-Possess a copy of the statutes and these regulations since joining the association.

-To have the opportune knowledge of the agreements adopted by the organs of the association.

-Request, by reasoned request, access to the association's internal documentation.

Article 10.

The partners will have the following obligations:

-To fulfill the precepts that mark the statutes and the present regulation, as well as the agreements adopted by the organs of the association.

-To pay the quotas that are determined in time and form.

-Be responsible for your guests and the beneficiary partners in your charge within the facilities of the center.

-To cooperate in the development of the work of the association and in the good execution of the activities that are determined.

-Perform the functions entrusted to them by the Board of Directors for the smooth running of the association.

-Behave with due consideration in their relations with other partners.

-Do not observe malignant behaviors or attitudes that may undermine the prestige of the club or its members.

-Respect and heed the observations and decisions indicated to them by the members of the board of directors and the staff in the service of the centre.

-To take care of and respect the facilities, equipment, plants and gardens and cleanliness for a correct preservation of the common goods.

* The member must be federated in his corresponding federation, and up to date of payment of the obligatory insurances. If this requirement is not met, the member will not be able to carry out the practices, activities, trainings and seminars that are carried out by the association. In case of non-compliance and that this was not notified to the association, the entity, teachers are exempted from any responsibility,
